The Cocoon

The Cocoon located at 2677 Harison St. in the Mission District of San Francisco is a 2300 sqft property. This property consists of four units; two single person units and two family oriented units. The project also includes adjustable family sized rooms for all different family sizes as well as many different spaces for children to play, including their own backyard for just families. The single units encourage independence as well as many different areas to be involved in Cocoon community activities. Other amenities include mental health therapy rooms, medical clinic and pediatric assistance as well as study pods for residents to study for educational purposes and job help and advising.
